Use of the service
ControllerTest provides browser-based controller diagnostics and educational content. You may use the site to test your own controllers, compare setups, prepare repair notes and share results.
You may not use the site to interfere with service availability, misrepresent exported reports, abuse support channels or violate applicable laws.
Diagnostic limitations
Results are based on data exposed by the browser Gamepad API and the user's local environment. The site does not guarantee hardware-lab accuracy, manufacturer calibration, repair success or platform-specific compatibility.
A controller may work differently in a game, driver tool, console or manufacturer utility than it does in a browser test.
Trademarks and affiliation
Xbox, PlayStation, DualSense, DualShock, Nintendo Switch, Joy-Con, Steam Deck and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
ControllerTest is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with those trademark owners unless explicitly stated.
No warranty
The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ControllerTest disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Use diagnostic results as one input in your own judgment, especially before purchases, repairs or warranty claims.
